We want you to love your Kylie Cosmetics products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaking.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
